Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery ONLY for:
- Manufacturing defects (unstitched seams, damaged fabric, loose threads, etc.)
- Ordering errors (we sent the wrong size or color)

We DO NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
- "It doesn't fit" if you ordered the wrong size

Before you order: We want you to love your purchase! Please:
- Review our size guide carefully
- Contact us via chat/email for sizing assistance
We're here to help you choose the perfect size

Return process for refund (only for defects or errors on our part):
1. Contact us within 15 days with photos of the problem
2. We will review and approve the return
3. We cover shipping for approved returns
4. Full refund processed within 10-15 business days

Conditions:
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
- If we observe that the garment has been worn or is stained, we will not issue any refund
- Please retain the original packaging
